We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to work both on the American and Russian markets. Work experience in B2B, IT/Saas, Success Manager is a plus. Don’t forget to mention it in your cover letter, please.
Responsibilities
Regular communications with the current platform`s customers
Help paid customers evaluating to highest plans
Escalate customer issues to responsible teams
Request new features of platform based on the customers' feedback
The product usage tracking
Monitoring the timely renewal of licenses
Work with documents, CRM and billing systems
Seeking for new opportunities with existing clients, developing up- and cross-sell leads
Requirements
Knowledge of English either as a native language or at a very high level and with good pronunciation
Proven corporate ethics knowledge - spoken and in the letters
Proven success in creating exceptional and impactful customer service experiences
Solid experience with CRM (Hubspot in our case) and MS Office
Billing systems - self-customizing setup for report and analytics
Highly organized when it comes to task tracking across multiple clients
Ability to establish and maintain customer relations
