Game Designer/LiveOps Manager
Develop and implement in-game events for various audience segments;
Categorization of players, calculation of balances, awards and other parameters for events;
Create game mechanics and features from idea generation to implementation;
Planning and customizing the calendar of events;
Planning and configuring A / B tests;
Calculation of KPIs, data analysis, setting and tuning event parameters;
Tracking live ops events of the mechanic on the market, analysis and deconstruction;
Working with a team of level designers, UI / UX, dev, art;
Prototyping new ideas and concepts.
Experience as a Game Designer / Level Designer;
Experience as LiveOps Manager / LiveOps Designer;
A / B testing experience;
Strong understanding of product metrics;
Experience in hyper-casual;
The presence of released projects in which you took an active part as a game designer: came up with mechanics / features, compiled documentation, calculated the balance;
Successful experience with analytical data.
