We, VCV.ai, founded in Russia in 2013, in 2017 we opened our office in Unites-States, and in 2019 in Japan. We are actively working with B2B clients, we have more than 300 of them. Among them are bands like Citibank, McCann, PwC, Unilever etc.

Responsibilities

We now have an interesting hypothesis regarding one b2c product, and if it is successful, the global labor market will change completely. Our MVP is ready, and now we need a strong growth product manager to develop an application for this product.

Main goals:

Work on a B2C solution in the field of HR-tech, focus on the use of the product in the USA.
Test existing and new hypotheses.
Building a GTM strategy, finding growth points.
Work on improving key product metrics, generating ideas for improving quality of the product.
Backlog prioritization according to metrics and needs of business and the global market
Creating viral product use
Analyse user behavior with segmentation by region, industry, business size
Particular attention to product onboarding, work on product churn rate
Research of the target group
Product Analytics

Requirements

Great analytical experience.
Product experience in companies with products popular in the US.
The ability to build effective team relationships
Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
