General overview of the role
We are Highcore Games, a small game development team that together creates world-class games like Tanks A Lot.
Tanks a Lot is a top-down multiplayer PVP shooter. The weapons are cartoon tanks, which players can create and customize for themselves. The game has 8 modes with unique and addictive gameplay. Players can participate in tournaments, fight against aliens, and complete combat missions in clans. Everyone can find a mode they will like.
Together with CEO and GD Team, development of a vision to improve the Tanks a lot project for 20/21
Development of new features for the Tanks a lot project
Active participation in the development of a new project
Analysis of the current performance of the project and the search for new points of growth together with the analyst.
Development and development of the metagame
Development of concept docks based on reskin Tanks a lot
Improvement and support of the event system, scheduling for new events
Ability to compose clear and understandable documentation "without water", using digital tools (google tools, as an example)
Understanding the principles of building f2p, as well as hybrid monetization.
Confident experience in playing F2P games, and even better implemented projects. Working with competence projects is a big plus
"Watching" and a wide outlook in mobile games
Ability to decompose features and entire games in detail. Understanding game interconnections
Know how to work with balance
Know and understand the main game KPIs
Experience with Unity
Effective communication: you know how to define your goal, you are able to describe the problem and its solution, you know how to take into account the interests of the whole team
