Driving and managing all technical aspects of the post-sales process, working in conjunction with the customer success and pre-sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our products
Performing introductory calls, Quick Start programs, and early education with new customers, allowing for rapid success of initial projects
Performing Customer Consultations and solution design with customers especially around new products or options
Maintaining regular contact with assigned customers to drive long-term customer success and value
Tracking technical issues and work with customer support to validate that requests are being resolved in a timely manner and manage escalations when necessary
Recommending best practices based on understanding the customer's business, use cases, and success criteria
Frequent communication with the sales team to ensure alignment of renewals and upsell/cross objectives
Assisting customers directly in a hands-on manner to implement projects in both billable and non-billable modes

The ability to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users
The ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers
Deep technical skills and aptitude with a background in technical sales engineering, implementation, or technical support.
Experience in working with partners and collaborating with them to ensure customer success
An understanding and appreciation of the data integration space is a plus
Strong Linux experience
Data industry experience, with a focus on Big Data, analytics applications, ETL, and Cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, Google)
Foundational knowledge of the Hadoop ecosystem
Experience / working knowledge of JDBC / ODBC APIs
Experience programming/scripting with Java, Perl, Python, Unix Shell scripts
Experience with Kafka and Spark
