Help investors make better decisions in emerging markets by making company information easily available.
Companies House is a new spin-off of Emerhub (emerhub.com). In most established markets an investor can easily acquire basic information about a privately held company - such as a shareholding table, financial reports, etc.

In most emerging markets that kind of information is either not publicly available or it's hidden behind clumsy public sector solutions that a foreign investor would not be able to (conveniently) use.

That's where we combine our 10 years of experience with advising companies in the emerging markets with data science and provide it to our users in an easy-to-use format.

General overview of the role

Companies House OU manages company databases in various emerging markets. We have released the alpha versions of companieshouse.id and companieshouse.ph. What you will see on those sites will give you a basic understanding of where we are heading - we are now looking for a product manager who will take us to the next level. Both in terms of the amount and quality of data we provide and the number of markets that we cover.

Responsibilities

Your primary job will be to find ways to increase the revenue the Companies House sites generate. Our vision is to turn it into SaaS tool packed with useful insights about any private company anywhere in the world. For example, something similar to what Importgenius.com provides about import records.

You will report directly to the board of Emerhub but operate an independent unit with its own P&L

Requirements

Your job will be measured by:
- total revenue generated (also MRR and ARR once the features are ready)
- traffic metrics
- new features and markets released
