Understand the audiences of our games. Use that understanding to make our work even better.
Use concepting and rapid prototyping to create new opportunities for our products.
Seek out feedback from players and coworkers, and use it sensibly to make your work better.
Share your knowledge with the team, mentoring future game designers (or design-adjacent team members). Help everyone on the team do better design work.
Create designs that fit the vision of Adopt Me and future products, and use design to drive and inform that iterative vision.
