Сreative UA Producer
Manage the vision for working with creatives (ensure synchronization of the current vision with the team, manage the relevance of the vision, initiate changes aimed at improving);
Manage the priorities for the development of concepts and creatives (focus the teams on concepts and creatives for which we expect the best results);
Set the priorities within which the team operates;
Fulfill KPIs for work performance;
Control (produce) the relevance and correctness of the use of key creative processes;
Independently work with data if necessary (run, analyze and interpret tests on creatives, conduct in-depth data analysis to understand the effectiveness of work on creatives, use market analysis tools - receive data, interpret and compare them by key metrics, manage creatives in stores - vision, implementation, focus of work);
Participate in team assessment and prepare feedback on employees and processes (instant-feedback on work on specific tasks, regular feedback for employee assessment).
Work experience in a successful company (not necessarily gamedev) in a key role (Creative Producer / UA Producer / Team Lead / Marketing Lead / CMO);
The ability to solve complex analytical cases, set tasks (what data are necessary and sufficient, in what aspects, what hypothesis will help to solve);
Understanding the needs of the business, the ability to solve them to achieve results;
English not lower than Upper-Intermediate or readiness to quickly reach the level;
Business orientation, systems approach and leadership, creativity.
The ability to provide feedback and the willingness to accept it, as well as use it for their development.
