Deployment of monitoring tools. Connecting servers to monitoring systems. Writing scripts for parsing statistics and metrics.
Technical support L2, L3.
Work on customer requests. Troubleshooting. Solving problematic configurations. Analysis of logs, traffic. Bagreport.
Work with the software production cycle. System administration. Automation of assembly and deployment processes.
Testing and documentation.
Participation in product testing and documentation revision.
Knowledge of Linux at the system administrator level
Experience with network traffic analysis: wireshark, tcpdump
Knowledge of network protocols, RFC.
Analysis of server processes: lsof, netstat, ps, top, htop, pmap, etc.
Ability to quickly write scripts on bash, python for analyzing logs, dumps, parsing statistics, automation
Experience with automated deployment tools such as Ansible
Experience with automation of the deployment of cloud servers Amazon AWS, DigitalOcean, GoogleCloud, Docker.
Experience with monitoring tools: Zabbix, Prometheus
Customer support experience. Ability to build sentences and write in technical English. Identify the exact causes of the problem.
Work experience in a software or service development company. Understanding the production cycle, knowledge of CI CD version control (git) tools and assemblies.
Experience in automation and integration of dev ops services and systems.
