Office infrastructure support: about 100 Windows workstations (hardware, software installation, OS setup, software)
Technical support, configuration and optimization of the computer hardware and network fleet (installation and updating of software; operating systems; cleaning computers; setting user rights, etc.);
Connecting / transferring / disconnecting user workstations (assemble a computer, connect a phone, set up a remote access connection, create accounts, create mail, set up remote access);
Simple repair of computer and office equipment: replacement and repair of computer hardware; configuring scanners; setting up printers, including copiers of operational printing (does not work, scans poorly, replacement of cartridges, minor repairs, calling services for complex repairs);
Consulting users on working with software;
Participation in company projects.
Knowledge of English (Reading specialized technical documentation, communicating by email)
Strong knowledge of MS operating systems
Experience in administering Windows Server 2012-2019 (AD, DNS, DHCP)
Experience in administering Linux / UNIX servers (CentOs, Red Hat)
Experience with Jira and Confluence.
Experience with 1C products
Knowledge and principles of network protocols.
Understanding the principles of building a local network;
Experience with switching equipment;
Experience with remote users;
Skills of working with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
