General overview of the project(s)

Barilliance is looking to integrate a full time member into our support team. We are looking for dedicated, sharp individuals, who have the desire to help our clients get the most of our products and the analytical abilities to identify and analyze technical issues. You should have a good understanding of web development in general and the ability to debug HTML, CSS and Javascript.

Responsibilities

Monitoring our support queue and answering our clients’ questions
Assist our clients to achieve the design/functionality they need (HTML/CSS and basic Javascript)
Analyze customer requests from a technical perspective for feasibility
Coordinate the on-boarding process for new clients
Monitor client accounts for potential issues

Requirements

Excellent communication skills in English
Good knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript
A fast learner with an analytical mind
Proactive and curious
Understanding of marketing and how ecommerce works is a huge plus
