Responsibilities
Processing requests coming to HelpDesk (Jira)
Performing tasks for restarting sites and setting up ad units
Identification and elimination of problems in the operation of advertising codes
Analysis of statistics, identification of anomalies, localization and elimination of problems
System monitoring, solution and escalation of emerging problems
Moderation of sites and advertisements
Requirements
General understanding of the architecture of WEB-applications
Good knowledge of HTML + CSS (be able to quickly find an error on a page or choose the correct and accurate selector)
Basic knowledge of JS (be able to understand the simplest JS codes)
High level of responsibility and independence
Good analytical skills
Good communication skills
English level - not lower than Upper Intermediate
Skills considered as a good plus
Full-time remote work experience
Experience in the tech support
Experience in the field of online advertising / knowledge of RTB technologies, Header Bidding, Programmatic
Experience with Google Ads, Google AdManager, YAN, AdFox and other ad networks
