General overview of the role
We are Highcore Games, a small game development team that together creates world-class games. One of these games is Stealth Master.

We invite Unity developer to work on the game (also new company projects). The mission of such a person will be to develop features on his own, control the project and improve the core and meta.
Responsibilities
Implementation of game and monetization features according to the design document
Interaction with QA-team, GD-team, Art-team
Collect builds for the QA and UA department
Use legacy code with minimal refactoring to avoid increasing development time
Implementation of custom events for the analytics department
Set estimates for tasks
Develop features on time
Fix old bugs. Self-monitoring of bugs old and new
Expand the possibilities of the debug menu
Help artists in setting up materials, prefabs with assets
Preparing and running AB tests
Coordination of work on the project of all departments
Collect Android / iOS builds
Be an active member of the team, express your opinion and offer your ideas openly
Don't be afraid to make mistakes and draw conclusions
Requirements
Strong knowledge of Unity + C #
Unity Animator / Unity Physics knowledge
Understanding the principles of code optimization
Experience with Git
Commercial development experience from 1.5-2 years
Effective communication: you know how to define your goal, are able to describe the problem and its solution, know how to take into account the interests of the whole team
Ability to prioritize the development of the entire game
English (reading technical documentation)
The desire to constantly develop your skill and help colleagues, share your knowledge
Your motivation is continuous development in the field
Skills considered as a good plus
Experience in writing native code for Android / iOS
Experience in resolving build errors for Android / iOS
Experience working with projects as a coordinator
Desire to develop technically challenging games
Experience with Unity's Rendering Pipeline
Experience in writing shaders
